Sonars make the work of ROVs easier and open up new possibilities for their use. They are used to search for sunken objects and monitor underwater infrastructure. We equip our devices with various sonars: Cerulean side scan sonars, EchoLogger 360-degree sonars, etc.

Three models of the “Hydra” sonar are available for installation on the SmartDive ROV:
H5se7. It consists of a side-scan sonar (SSS) operating at 700 kHz and a depth sounder operating at 1000 kHz.
H5se12. It consists of a GPS receiver (1200 kHz) and a fish finder (700 kHz).
H5sf7. It consists of an LPG system (700 kHz) and a forward-looking radar (400 kHz). This model can only be installed on ROV models with increased load capacity—the SmartDive-150A and SmartDive-150AT.
